How it works
- Your location stays on your phone. It is used only to calculate the times and is never sent to us.
- Ja'fari method: Fajr at 16°, Isha at 14°, and Maghrib when the sun is 4° below the horizon, after the redness in the eastern sky has gone. Midnight is halfway between sunset and Fajr.
- When does the Azan play? Only while this page or the app is open on your screen. Phones do not allow websites to play sound in the background.
- Always check your local Shia calendar or mosque. Calculated times can differ by a few minutes from local timings.
